A retreat in this land will be simple and sweet. We will come together in celebration of the joy of life, the beauty of our bodies moving with connection and breath. Creative play and lots of time to wander through the cobbled lanes with innocent bliss.

Through the week we will weave time through mandala to signify the transformation of a universe of suffering into one of joy. We set intentions and we build the foundations for the beautiful life we envision within our hearts. The circles representing the cycles and seasons of our life experiences, the letting go and the space for renewal.
